Gardasoft regularly reviews our products to ensure they provide excellent performance and functionality for our customers. Gardasoft is constantly developing new products based on the best available technology. The machine vision industry is constantly advancing, and new devices and techniques become available with time. On occasions, product components can become obsolete or uneconomic to source. These factors may lead to Gardasoft products being withdrawn from the market.
We understand that many successful projects use Gardasoft products for very many years. For this reason, changes to our product ranges are carefully managed. When a product reaches the end of its life, Gardasoft will communicate this information well in advance to ensure that our customers have sufficient time to transition to an alterative product. Gardasoft will issue a written end-of-life notice a minimum of 6 months before production of any product is ended. Final orders must be received before the expiry of the 6-month notice period.
In almost all cases there will be a direct replacement for a discontinued product. The replacement may offer better functionality or value. Gardasoft will be delighted to assist with advice on which alternative product will be most suitable.
