Gardasoft LLC (US) transfering all business operations to CCS America (30th Jul 2021)

Since 2013, when Gardasoft LLC was first established as a US corporation, Gardasoft has worked closely with the US machine vision industry to enhance the productivity and capabilities of its customers. In October 2019, Gardasoft LLC appointed CCS America as its Master Distributor for the North American market to support growth of all US partners. On January 1, 2021, Gardasoft came under the ownership of the CCS Group following several years of close cooperation in the development of advanced control solutions for the machine vision industry.

In line with its continuous integration strategy, CCS America has assumed all business for Gardasoft LLC from April 2021. Accordingly, Gardasoft LLC will cease its operations by the end of July.

CCS America will focus on strengthening the relationships with Gardasoft’s existing customers and will provide practical solutions that enable customers to win new business across key markets.

Gardasoft is committed to maintaining and expanding its existing presence in the North American market under the strong leadership of CCS America.

CCS America has a strong reputation within the machine vision industry and will continue to work together to further strengthen the Gardasoft brand and drive success for all our business partners.
