Gardasoft’s innovative Industrial OLED Lighting Controller has won a Silver Honoree

award in the Lighting, lenses, and optics category of the 2019 Vision Systems Design Innovators Awards. A panel of experts from system integrator and end-user companies adjudicated on the award.

Jools Hudson, Gardasoft’s Marketing Manager, said: “This is the second year running that we have received silver recognition in the Vision Systems Design Innovators Award scheme which reflects Gardasoft’s continuing position at the forefront of lighting control technology for machine vision. The award-winning new dual-channel lighting controller features sophisticated drive techniques to meet the complex physical properties of OLED panels and allow the generation of extremely fast, highly accurate and very stable light pulses at the limit of OLED operation. This control capability provides a framework for OLED panels to be used across a multitude of machine vision lighting challenges.”

Criteria used in the Awards program ranking process included: originality, innovation; impact on designers, systems integrators and end-users; fulfilling a need in the market that hasn’t been addressed, leveraging a novel technology, and increasing productivity.
